Local Nationalization Programs

AUB is proud to offer structured and comprehensive Nationalization Programs in Kuwait, These programs were set up to nurture local talent in line of regional manpower planning initiatives aiming at building a critical mass of skilled national homegrown workforce that better meets market and business needs.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for entry into any of the above mentioned nationalization programs, applicants must meet the below requirements:

Be a Kuwait national, Hold a university degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT or a related degree with a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0. Possess no more than 5 years of professional experience following their last completed academic degree. Demonstrate bilingual fluency in Arabic and English. Selected applicants will be asked to participate in a series of selection protocols including interviews and assessments.
